Kai isn’t just a wellness retreat and café. It’s a thoughtfully designed sanctuary for wellness, coffee, and calm in the middle of the inner suburbs. We partnered with the founders to build their brand from scratch and bring it to life across every key touchpoint.

Kai approached us with nothing but a vision and a site under construction. We partnered with them from the very beginning to shape their entire go-to-market strategy. From naming the business and developing a compelling brand identity, to designing and building their website, setting up socials, launching their first Meta and Google campaigns and crafting a visual strategy for the fit-out—we were involved in every major decision. To ensure a strong digital debut, we created the first nine Instagram tiles as a fully integrated visual narrative, developed brand messaging to guide their tone of voice, and helped position Kai in a crowded café market with a wellness-first angle. Our paid ads strategy focused on building local awareness and foot traffic in the critical launch period, while setting the foundations for scalable remarketing. Today, Kai feels like a brand far beyond its early stage—and that was entirely the point.
